Ericsson: wins analytics deal from Telefonica Movistar
(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson has said that it has been selected by Telefonica Movistar Mexico to deploy a new platform aiming at gaining visibility on the Telefonica division's service operations.
The Swedish telecom gear maker said the so-called "Service Operation Center" (SOC) platform will give the service provider real-time insights to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
The full integration of the analytics platform is expected by the second half of this year, Ericsson said.
