Ericsson: 'as a service' solution implemented for Tigo.
(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson has teamed up with Tigo Rwanda to completely overhaul the Millicom's unit business support system (BSS) ecosystem.
The Swedish tech gear said Tigo has chosen an "as a service" model, which covers charging, billing, provisioning, mediation and roaming operations.
Tigo provides mobile, mobile financial, cable and satellite services to over 57 million customers.
