H&M: remote voting only at 7 May shareholder meeting
(CercleFinance.com) - Swedish budget fashion retailer Hennes & Mauritz said on Monday that it will hold its AGM on Thursday 7 May, even though only online remote participation will be allowed.
Participants will be sent passes containing instructions for how to log in to the meeting, make contributions and vote, the company said.
Neither its board chairman, nor its CEO will attend the meeting and there will be no Q&A session, the group said.
The CEO's comments will be made available on H&M's website on the same day as the meeting takes place.
