H&M: expands partnership with money app Klarna
(CercleFinance.com) - Swedish clothing retailer H&M is expanding its partnership with online payments services firm Klarna to also include the US market.
The deal includes Klarna's "Shop now, Pay Later" service that enables merchants to be paid instantly, while charging customers later, as well as post-purchase service for deliveries and returns.
The new feature will be first available for H&M members through the retailer's loyalty program.
The partnership will be operational in the US in the autumn of 2019.
In accordance with the already announced partnership, the first country to be operational will be Switzerland - in August - followed by the UK shortly after.
