Electrolux: to propose Bohman as new board chairman
(CercleFinance.com) - Swedish home appliance maker Electrolux proposed on Friday that Staffan Bohman would be appointed as its new board chairman.
Bohman, a director of Swedish machinery group Atlas Copco, has successfully led businesses - both as CEO and chairman - the firm said.
The current chairman Ronnie Leten previously announced he would no longer stand as a candidate at the company's next annual general meeting on 5 April 2018.
