Equinor: Michael Lewis leaves board of directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Michael Lewis has announced that he will resign as a member of Equinor's board of directors with effect from 16 March 2023 in order to avoid any potential conflict of interest following his appointment as CEO of Uniper SE.
The date of his appointment as CEO of Uniper has not yet been announced.
The Nomination Committee of Equinor ASA will start the search for a new member of the Board of Directors, in order to allow the company's General Meeting to hold a by-election when the recommendation of the Nomination Committee is ready.
