Hydro: Sapa's executive joins management board.
(CercleFinance.com) - Sapa's Katarina Nilsson has been named executive vice president of people and health, safety, security, environment (HSE) in Hydro, replacing Hanne Simensen, who has been appointed to a new position.
Katarina Nilsson was previously executive vice president of HR and organisation in Sapa, whose acquisition is expected by the end of the year.
A Swedish national, Nilsson joined Sapa in 2015, and has held senior management positions in the Norwegian aluminium company since.
