Stellantis: distribution of cash and Faurecia shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis has announced its conditional distribution, to holders of its ordinary shares of up to 54,297,006 Faurecia ordinary shares and up to 308 million euros in cash.
This represents the proceeds received by Peugeot from the sale of Faurecia ordinary shares in October 2020, to be paid out to holders of Stellantis ordinary shares registered on Tuesday 16 March 2021, following a capital reduction.
The payment of this Distribution is subject to the announcement of the approval of the Distribution by Stellantis' Extraordinary General Meeting, which is scheduled for 8 March 2021, and the satisfaction of certain formalities under Dutch law.
