Signify: completes share buyback program
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch lighting group Signify said on Monday that it has completed its offer to buy back its own shares, as announced earlier this month.
The company said that it repurchased a total of 240,000 shares for 6.2 million euros over the period from 4 June to 20 June.
As a reminder, Signify plans to use the shares to cover obligations arising from its long-term incentive performance share plan and other employee share plans, it said.
