Signify: 9.1 million euro share buyback
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Dutch lighting group Signify said that last week it bought back 9.
1 million euros worth of its own shares as part of its efforts to create shareholder value.
On 30 July Signify announced the start of the share repurchase program to buy back up to 230 million euros of its own shares to reduce the company's capital.
For 2018, the company intends to repurchase shares totalling up to 300 million euros.
