ING: strikes insurance partnership with France's AXA
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch banking group ING has joined forces with French insurer AXA to provide clients with insurance products through a joint digital platform.
Under the terms of the exclusive, long-term partnership, ING will bring its digital banking capabilities, while AXA will bring its expertise in modular insurance services.
The groups plan to offer property & casualty (P&C), health and protection insurance solutions to ING customers in six of the group's "challenger" markets, i.e. Germany, Australia, Italy, France, Czech Republic and Austria.
More specifically, ING and AXA teams will develop personalsed insurance products and relevant services, accessible via the ING mobile application.
