Ahold Delhaize: three quarters of share buybacks complete
(CercleFinance.com) - Ahold Delhaize said on Tuesday that over the past week it has bought close to 2.
41 million of its own shares, at an average price of 20.84 euros each, representing a total payout of 50.2 million euros.
Therefore, as part of its two billion euro share buyback program announced last November, so far the Belgo-Dutch retailer has bought 77 million shares for a total of about 1.51 billion euros.
