Ahold Delhaize: shareholders approve all proposals at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Ahold Delhaize shareholders on Wednesday approved all the resolutions at the group's annual shareholder meeting in the Netherlands, including 2017 results and a dividend of 0.

Shareholders also adopted other proposals on the agenda, such as the appointment of the retailer's chief operating officer for the Netherlands and Belgium, while Wouter Kolk has been appointed member of the management board and René Hooft Graafland reappointed a member of the supervisory board.
The meeting was attended by 263 shareholders, representing approximately 921 million shares.
