Ahold Delhaize: share buyback of 24.4 million euros
(CercleFinance.com) - The Belgo-Dutch retail giant Ahold Delhaize said on Tuesday that it had bought back 1.
3 million of its own shares over the past week at an average price of 18.8 euros each.
This 24.4 million euro transaction is part of the 2 billion euro share buyback program announced in November 2017, it added.
The Zaandam, the Netherlands-based group said it has repurchased shares totalling 474.4 million euros under the program so far.
