Altice Europe: SFR gets 80 MHz for its 5G frequencies
(CercleFinance.com) - Following the auction for the 5G frequency allocation, SFR has obtained three additional 10MHz blocks, bringing its total spectrum in the 3.
5-3.8 GHz band to 80MHz.
SFR will pay a price of 728 million euros for these 80Mhz frequencies (350 million euros over 15 years and 378 million euros over 4 years).
In all, SFR now has 244.6 MHz in all the frequency bands in France and confirms its position as number 2 in the market.
