Altice: announces creation of Hivory with KKR
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice Europe and KKR jointly announce the creation of hivory, the largest independent telecommunication company in France and the third largest telecom tower company in Europe.
The creation of Hivory follows the transaction, announced in June, of KKR's acquisition of 49.99% of SFR TowerCo (operates 10,198 sites).
"Through Hivory, Altice and KKR will proactively seek to partner with all mobile operators to develop their coverage and densification objectives in France" the group said.
