Altice Europe: neutral, Credit Suisse cuts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - In a report entitled "Still no turn-around," Credit Suisse has confirmed its neutral rating on the Altice Europe share, which is the parent company of the French telecom operator SFR, which yesterday published its quarterly accounts.

The broker has cut its target price from 2.50 euros to 2.15 euros (-14%).

According to analysts, Altice Europe's interim accounts were "disappointing," with EBITDA down 7% in organic terms in Q3. Ditto regarding ARPU (the average monthly revenue per customer, a key indicator in the telecom sector) for "B2C" (private customers) in France "due to worse comps and a tougher competitive environment".
