Altice Europe: new CFO named, three appointments on board
(CercleFinance.com) - European telecoms group Altice announced late on Wednesday a new CFO, as well as three appointments on its board of directors.
Malo Corbin - who was previously finance director for Altice Europe and prior to that chief controlling officer and vice president of M&A - has been appointed as the group's CFO.
Altice Europe also said that Cinven's Nicolas Paulmier and former Numericable CEO Philippe Besnier will be appointed as non-executive directors of the board by the EGM scheduled for 20 November, increasing the total number of non-executive directors to 4.
Furthermore, former CFO of Altice Europe Dennis Okhuijsen has been appointed as the representative of A4 S.A., as the board's vice president.
