Altice Europe: starts review of fiber infrastructure unit
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice Europe has started a strategic review of its fiber infrastructure to further accelerate its development and said that it is also exploring financial partnerships.
Taking note of recent market speculation around the unit, the European telecoms group said that no final decision has been made, and insisted that it is still uncertain that any such transaction will be concluded.
"If and when there is any reason to do so, further announcements to the market will be made," said the company, owned by French cable entrepreneur, Patrick Drahi.
