Altice: SFR shares delisted from Euronext Paris.
(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the AMF's notice dated 20 September 2017, the repurchase of SFR Group shares not held by Altice group at the end of the tender took place yesterday.
SFR group shares have therefore been delisted from Euronext Paris.
The squeeze-out has been implemented at the price of the tender offer, i.e. a cash payment of 34.50 euros per SFR share, net of all fees.
