(CercleFinance.com) - Bryan Garnier reiterates its "buy" rating on Altice, along with its fair value of 23.

"We believe such a deal could make sense from Altice's point of view, with significant synergies and savings potential, but raises major interrogations from a feasibility standpoint," the broker says.
The broker warns that given both companies' relative size, large amounts of debt will be required, in addition to likely capex by partners.
