GrandVision: obtains additional funding
(CercleFinance.com) - GrandVision announces that it has obtained an additional one-year (and one-year revolving) credit facility from its banks amounting to 400 million euros, as well as an amendment to its existing 1.
2 billion euro 2019-2024 revolving credit facility.
The Dutch distributor of optical products - currently being acquired by EssilorLuxottica - explains that this amendment will spare it a financial covenant test in 2020, giving it greater leeway in the event of an unexpected resumption of the pandemic.
