FCA: shareholders pass all resolutions
(CercleFinance.com) - Shareholders at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' AGM in Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands, have approved all the resolutions they were proposed this Friday.
The shareholders adopted the 2017 results and confirmed all FCA directors' mandates, including John Elkann and Sergio Marchionne, in addition to electing one new director, John Abbott, the head of downstream at Royal Dutch Shell.
The shareholders also delegated the board the authority to purchase up to 10% of the group's common shares.
