ASML: CFO will leave company to join Bayer.
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolfgang Nickl, ASML's chief financial officer, plans to leave the company and will be joining Germany's pharmaceutical and chemical maker Bayer, the Dutch manufacturer of tools for semiconductor chip makers said on Tuesday.
A German citizen, Wolfgang Nickl, who joined ASML in December 2013 from US digital storage device manufacturer Western Digital, will complete his current contract with ASML, which runs until the end of April 2018.
