ASML: to set up training center in Shanghai with ICRD.
(CercleFinance.com) - ASML is going to set up a jointly-owned training center with Shanghai Integrated Circuit Research and Development Center (ICRD), a public research consortium dedicated to the semi-conductor industry.
ASML and ICRD intend to use existing ICRD cleanroom facilities and classrooms in Shanghai for the training center and equip it with lithography and metrology equipment provided by ASML.
Both parties also plan to explore other possible education-related collaboration models in the future.
