The European market operator recorded an annual revenues of 884.3 million euros over 2020, up 30.2% y-o-y.
EBITDA came in at 520 million euros, also up +30.2%, while net profit reached 315.5 million euros (+42.1%).
Euronext also specifies that, in accordance with its dividend policy, a payout ratio of 50% of reported net income will be proposed to the AGM on 11 May, representing a 2020 dividend of 157.5 million euros, or 2.25 euros per share.
