Euronext: share up as analyst raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - The stock is up after Credit Suisse confirmed its Outperform rating, while raising its target price to 118 euros (from 104 euros).
"We see a range of 8%-21% EPS accretion as reasonable. We include Borsa Italiana in our price target derivation, but not in our ENX forecasts," it said.
"Beyond EPS accretion, we believe a successful acquisition of Borsa
Italiana would significantly increase the power and diversification of ENX earnings, and create potential for future growth in clearing, custody and settlement revenues," Crédit Suisse adds.
