Euronext: five appointments on governing bodies
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening Euronext announced five appointments - for four-year terms - by its supervisory board, including that of Stéphane Boujnah who was reappointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the group's board of directors.
Further board members include Håvard S. Abrahamsen, CEO of Oslo Børs VPS, and Simone Huis in't Veld, appointed as new CEO of Euronext Amsterdam, replacing Maurice van Tilburg.
In addition, Nathalie Rachou and Morten Thorsrud - President and CEO of If P&C Insurance Company - have been appointed as independent members of Euronext's supervisory board.
