Euronext: cash volumes down 10.5% in July
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced average daily transactions on the Euronext cash order book of 7.
2 billion euros on its cash markets in December 2018, down 10.5% y-o-y.
The pan-European stockmarket operator also stated that transactions in ETF index funds fell by 9.6% y-o-y, with an average daily transaction value on the ETF order book of 193 million euros.
The average daily volume on derivatives fell by 11.7% y-o-y to 502,577 contracts, while average daily volume on the spot foreign exchange market fell by 16.1% to 16.81 billion dollars.
