Euronext: positive recommendation from Finanstilsynet
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced a positive recommendation from Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority, which approves it as a suitable owner of up to 100% of Oslo Børs VPS' capital.
The pan-European exchange group is now only waiting for the final approval from the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, a decision that is the last major requirement for the completion of its acquisition of the Norwegian Stock Exchange.
