Euronext: acquires a SaaS provider
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext announced last night the acquisition from its founders of a 78% stake in Commcise, a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) provider of award-winning research evaluation and commission management solutions for financial services firms.
The acquisition costs 27 million pounds, or approximately 30 million euros.
Founded in 2013 and based in London, the target has over 500 clients, including some of the world's largest asset managers.
This investment fits into the E100-150 million envelope allocated for bolt-on acquisitions and is consistent with Euronext's disciplined M&A strategy.
