Euronext: CDC simplifies its shareholding structure
(CercleFinance.com) - The Caisse des Dépôts Group announces the transfer of Bpifrance's 3% stake in Euronext to Caisse des Dépôts (public establishment) itself, which already holds a direct 3% stake in this company's capital.
Thus, at the end of the transaction, the Caisse des Dépôts (public establishment) will directly hold the 4,200,000 shares representing 6% of Euronext's capital that were previously already held within the Caisse des Dépôts group.
