Euronext: cash volumes up 20.2% in October
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced average daily volumes of 8.
87 billion euros on its cash markets in October 2018, up 20.2% y-o-y.
The pan-European stockmarket operator stated that activity on ETF index funds increased by 45% y-o-y, recording an average daily volume of 302 million euros.
The average daily trading volume of all derivatives rose by 7.1% y-o-y to 582,033 contracts per day, while that on the FX spot market rose by 6.3% to 19.17 billion euros.
