Euronext: cash volumes up 17.3% in March
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced average daily cash volumes of 8.
67 billion euros on its cash markets in March 2018, up 17.3% y-o-y.
The pan-European stockmarket operator stated that activity on ETF index funds increased by 15.2% y-o-y, recording an average daily volume of 307 million euros.
The average daily trading volume of all derivatives increased by 9.1% y-o-y to 587,528 contracts per day, while that on the spot market fell by 2.1% to 18.77 billion euros.
