Euronext: takes over Insiderlog
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced the acquisition of 80% of Insiderlog's capital, a Stockholm-based company that is a leading player in the management of the lists of insiders, for 5.
8 million euros in cash, coupled with a possible supplement depending on future performance.
Euronext said that InsiderLog automates the management of lists of insiders in a way that both saves time and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements against market abuse.
It added that this company, which is based on an annual subscription model, has already attracted over 170 clients, including reputed large-cap companies, banks and law firms, since its recent creation in November 2016.
