Euronext: takes over Ibabs.

9% today, after announcing the acquisition of a 60% stake in iBabs, a Dutch provider of dematerialised consulting portal solutions for companies and public organisations, for a total of 30.1 million euros.
With almost 1,000 clients and over 77,000 users, iBabs has achieved average annual sales growth of 36% since 2014, generating sales of 5.9 million euros and an EBITDA margin of 64% last year.
Euronext explains that this acquisition marks a significant step in the deployment of its "Agility for Growth" strategy, announced in May 2016, in particular for its business services franchise.
