24 billion euros a day on its spot markets, down 1.2% compared to the same period in 2016.
The pan-European stock exchange operator said that ETF index fund activity fell by 39.4% y-o-y, with an average daily volume of 414 million euros.
The average daily volume traded on equity index derivatives increased by 1.1% y-o-y, to 247,489 contracts, while that of individual equity derivatives increased by 84.4% y-o-y to 464,604 contracts exchanged each day.
