Wolters Kluwer: completes asset sale to NCOI Group
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announces that it has finalised the sale of its learning assets in Belgium to NCOI Group, the leading private company in the Netherlands on the education and learning market, in a deal that was announced on 19 December.
For the record, the publisher specialising in professional information then specified that the activities thus sold (Kluwer Opleidingen/Kluwer Formations) reported 2018 sales of 13 million euros, with 46 employees.
