Wolters Kluwer: adjusted EPS up 16% in 2018
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer has posted 2018 adjusted EPS of 2.
45 euros, up 16% excluding foreign exchange effects, with an adjusted operating margin of 23%, up 80 basis points.
At 4.26 billion euros, the turnover of the Dutch group specialising in professional information fell by 2% as reported, but increased by 1% at constant exchange rates and by 4% in organic terms.
Wolters Kluwer proposes a total dividend of 0.98 euro per share for 2018, up 15%, as well as a share buyback program for up to 250 million euros. In 2019, it targets adjusted EPS growth of about 10% at constant exchange rates.
