Wolters Kluwer: continues with share buybacks
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer said on Tuesday that it has bought back 178,041 of its own shares between 31 May and 6 June at an average share price of 47.
75 euros each.
The 8.5 million euros transaction is part of the group's three-year share buyback program (2016-2018), which the Dutch publisher announced in February 2016.
To date, the company has bought back 19 million shares for approximately 734 million euros.
