Wolters Kluwer: buys back 8.6 million euros of own shares

6 million euros to buy back 185,071 of its own shares between 10 May and 16 May.
The Dutch publisher has bought back its own shares at an average share price of 46.47 euros, compared to a share price of 46.5 euros at last night's close.
The buybacks are part of a three-year program from 2016 to 2018, the company said. Wolters Kluwer intends to buy back up to 400 million euros of its own shares this year.
