Wolters Kluwer: divestment of Corsearch now complete
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer has completed the divestment of Corsearch, its trademark solutions business, to Audax Private Equity, as originally announced in last October, the Dutch publisher said on Monday.
The deal, worth around 140 million dollars in cash, has followed a strategic review that Wolters Kluwer started in April 2017, as the company tries to focus on regulatory compliance and risk management software and services.
Corsearch had revenues of approximately 50 million euros in 2016 and has 211 employees in nine countries.
