Wolters Kluwer: stock buybacks keep running
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer has repurchased 76,032 of its own shares for 3.
3 million euros in the last three sessions, the Dutch publisher said on Thursday.
These share repurchases are part of the three-year share buyback program (2016-2018) of up to 700 million euros originally announced in February 2016.
Out of this amount, Wolters Kluwer has bought back 13.6 million shares for close to 500 million euros, the company said.
