3% in Amsterdam today, after the oil services provider was notified by the Federal Court of Brazil, about the formal closure of the prosecution against it by the Federal Public Ministry (MPF), which began in 2017.
"This approval makes the Leniency Agreement between the MPF and SBM Offshore effective, which comprises a final settlement of BRL200 million which will be paid to Petrobras," the Dutch group said.
