BinckBank: appoints J.G. Princen on supervisory board

G. Princen has been appointed on BinckBank's supervisory board, the Dutch online broker said on Thursday.
At today's extraordinary shareholders' meeting, the executive has been appointed until 2022, BinckBank said.
After the appointment, BinckBank's supervisory board consists of chairman J.W.T. van der Steen, vice-chair C. van der Weerdt-Norder, J.M.A. Kemna, A. Soederhuizen, M. Pijnenborg and J.G. Princen, the group said.
