Aegon: names new CEO of UK unit
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch insurance group Aegon said that Mike Holliday-Williams will succeed Adrian Grace as Chief Executive Officer of its UK unit, effective as of 1 October.
Mike Holliday-Williams left his job as personal lines managing director of British insurer Direct this summer.
Aegon said it intends to appoint him to its management board.
Adrian Grace, who will retire following ten years working for the company, has brought Aegon's UK business from 40 billion pounds of unit-linked pensions in 2009 to 175 billion pounds of pension and investment assets today.
