Airbus: Stifel still a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Stifel reiterated its buy rating on Airbus shares ahead of the aeronautics group's next CMDs, which will be held on 22 and 23 September.
The broker said that it expects the company's shares to be revalued if there are positive comments in terms of demand and the pace of sales, despite current fears of a recession.
The analyst also expects to hear positive comments regarding the supply chain, energy crisis and margin implications of future product mix changes.
Given the stock's recent weakness (-12% over the past month, compared to -6% for the CAC 40 and -11% for the STOXX sector index), Stifel says it deems the current share price to be "an attractive entry point".
