Airbus: Air Belgium receives its first A330-900
(CercleFinance.com) - Air Belgium has been delivered the first of two A330-900s.
The aircraft is configured with 286 seats in three classes (30 seats in business class, 21 seats in premium class and 235 seats in economy class).
The aircraft is equipped with the Airbus Airspace cabin. All seats are equipped with the latest in-flight entertainment system, in-flight wifi and ambient lighting.
Air Belgium will deploy the aircraft on routes between Brussels and long-haul destinations.
The Belgian carrier currently operates an all-Airbus wide-body fleet comprising A330-200F and A340-300 aircraft. The A340s will gradually be replaced by the A330neos.
