Airbus: Alphavalue double-upgrade to 'accumulate' -raises TP
(CercleFinance.com) - Following its good delivery figures in October, AlphaValue has increased its 2020 targets from 520 to 550 deliveries, including at least 70 by the end of the year.
"This means a positive impact on our figures of +30 deliveries, as well as a positive impact of c. E1.3bn on working capital," the broker says.
As a result, the analyst has upgraded his rating on the Airbus stock from 'Reduce' to 'Accumulate,' while raising his corresponding target price to 96 euros (vs. 79.8 euros previously).
Following the strong delivery figures in October, we have increased our 2020 delivery target from 520 to 550, assuming at least 70 deliveries for the rest of this year.
