Airbus: Berenberg upgrades to buy
(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg said on Thursday that it has upgraded its rating on the Airbus from "hold" to "buy", believing that a value opportunity is becoming clear for investors.
"The outer-year valuation metrics for Airbus look compelling," analysts say in their report.
Berenberg explains that the Airbus share is now its favoured play to position for the longer-term aerospace recovery and, in the shorter term, positive vaccine news.
As a result, the broker has raised its target price for the share from 69 euros to 76 euros, which gives it upside potential of 22%.
